Home management without command memory

Every core flow is backed by configurable menu YAML: home list, manage view, delete confirm, favorites, recent homes, shared homes, public homes and admin tools.

Built like a premium server plugin

The current build uses HikariCP, schema versioning, soft delete, cache TTLs and service-focused bootstrap. Network and migration modules are planned around the same storage layer.
